Welcome to the Sports Muscle Athletics Performance System ("SMA," "we," "our") at app.sportsmuscleathletics.com — including the athlete app, coaching tools, Neuro Dojo, Movement Guide, Athlete Conformal Map, and store. By creating an account or using any part of the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
⚠️ Health & Safety — Read This First
SMA provides fitness coaching and training information, not medical advice. Consult your physician before beginning this or any training program, especially if you have (or suspect) any medical condition, injury, or are pregnant. Strength, speed, plyometric, balance, and reaction training carry inherent risk of injury. You train voluntarily and at your own risk. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, or shortness of breath. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Sports Muscle Athletics and its coaches from liability for injuries or losses arising from your training, and you agree the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
1. Accounts & Access
- Athlete accounts are created by invitation from your coach. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for all activity on your account.
- You must be at least 18, or use the app under the supervision and consent of a parent/guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.
- We may suspend or revoke access for violation of these terms.
2. Subscriptions & Purchases
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe — SMA never sees or stores your card details.
- The monthly membership renews automatically and grants app access, monthly programming, and leaderboard eligibility while active. Cancel anytime through the "Manage my subscription" portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- One-time purchases (custom programs, video coaching sessions, gift cards, merchandise) are as described at checkout. Custom-program buyers keep app access after their program ends but not the monthly program generator.
- Free trials, when granted by your coach, expire automatically — no card required and nothing is charged.
- Billing questions: email us and we'll make it right.
3. Intellectual Property
Everything in this app — the software, training programs, program-generation systems, SMA Performance Standards, Neuro Dojo games and guide, Movement Guide, Athlete Conformal Map, videos, graphics, text, and branding — is the property of Sports Muscle Athletics and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own training. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative products from any part of the app or its content. "Sports Muscle Athletics," the SMA logo, and "Neuro Dojo" are trademarks of Sports Muscle Athletics.
4. Acceptable Use
- Don't share your account, misrepresent your identity, or access another athlete's data.
- Don't upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content in messages, check-ins, or photos.
- Don't interfere with the app's operation or attempt to bypass payment or access controls.
5. Your Data & Privacy
- We collect what's needed to coach you: account email, profile info, training logs, check-ins, progress photos, messages, and payment status. Your coach can see the training data you log.
- Data is stored with trusted processors (Supabase for app data, Stripe for payments). We never sell your personal data.
- Some features (like Neuro Dojo personal bests) store data only on your device.
- Want your data deleted? Email us and we'll remove your account and associated records.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMA's total liability for any claim arising from the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
7. Changes & Termination
We may update the app and these terms as the platform grows; the "last updated" date above will change and continued use means acceptance. You can stop using the app and cancel your subscription at any time.
8. Governing Law & Contact
